He now has 15 Emmys from his regional TV show, 5 cookbooks, 12 Today Show appearances, over 3 million YouTube subscribers, and 4 restaurants in San Diego, where he lives.

What turns chili and cheese into a burger? The bun. Carne asada into a taco? The tortilla. Grilled PB&J into a sandwich... well, you get it.
