How we go on is the most frequently asked question of our lives. It is also one of the most important. Our willingness and ability to meet life's changes, challenges, crises, losses, and opportunities, determines the quality of our lives. Clearing the path forward to our best possible future involves skillfully and courageously overcoming adversity, strengthening our relationships, being more self-compassionate, socially responsible and making peace with life's terms as we all get older.
Guided by his Code for Courageous Living, Dr. Ken Druck shows us how to fine tune and upgrade our Operating Systems by replacing harsh self-criticism with clarity, kindness, self-compassion, encouragement, support, faith, and humility. We develop plans and skills for effectively managing life's transitions, harvesting its opportunities, selflessly paying the good in our lives forward and leaving a legacy of love out of heartfelt gratitude.
Ken Druck's personal journey after the death of his 21-year-old daughter, Jenna, and his work on the front lines with bereaved families over the past thirty years, led him to discover how we go on from life's worst losses. Turning what he learned into a Code for Courageous Living for effectively dealing life's changes, challenges, and opportunities, Dr. Ken Druck has uncovered the secrets of how we go on.
