The music! The makeup! The hair! And now Paul Stanley, one of the lead voices in the storied band of rockers who make up the band KISS, takes readers backstage to reveal the true stories of his shocking, funny, inspirational, public life. Born with a condition that rendered him deaf in one ear, Stanley chose a life in an unlikely world -- music -- and became the onstage rocker "Starchild" of KISS. Never-before-seen photos and images add to the backstory of his life, and the famous anthems and turbulent dynamics of 40 years with the Hall of Fame band.
